version 2.5.0.1 release notes

So it has only been about a day since version 2.5 went gold but there have been quite a few fixes and updates. Here are the release notes for version 2.5.0.1 =]
- Updated sidebar site navigation links
- Updated linkage links
- Fixed main navigation link order issue
- Fixed author posts link
- Added h4/h5
